Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports for various departments. Connect Power BI to multiple data sources (e.g. Excel, databases, SharePoint, Google Sheets, internal tools). Collaborate with business teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions. Build clear, user-friendly dashboards with well-structured data models behind them. Optimize dashboards for performance, readability, and ease of maintenance. Manage access permissions and security settings for dashboards. Provide basic training to teams on how to use and interpret dashboards. Support periodic data updates and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Requirements: 1 4 years of hands-on experience building dashboards in Power BI. Strong knowledge of DAX, data modeling, and Power Query (M language). Ability to clean, structure, and transform raw data into usable formats. Solid understanding of visualization best practices and dashboard design principles. Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Google Sheets, SQL, or APIs is a plus. Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Must be based in the UAE and available for on-site collaboration as needed.
