Pre Contract Quantity Surveyor

Develop accurate and competitive tender submissions, ensuring all project costs are meticulously accounted for. Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings to identify scope, risks, and opportunities. Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and Schedule of Rates, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Undertake detailed cost estimations and feasibility studies to support project viability assessments.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional qualification such as MRICS or equivalent is highly desirable. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in pre-contract quantity surveying roles. Proven track record in tendering for large-scale construction projects across various sectors.
