Pricing cum Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding Company: Sailmaster

Develop new business opportunities and generate leads for air freight, sea freight, land freight, and other logistics services. Actively approach potential customers, including importers, exporters, traders, and corporate clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop long-term business partnerships. Prepare competitive quotations for import, export, air freight, sea freight, and land transportation shipments. Obtain and negotiate rates with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, transporters, and other service providers. Follow up on quotations, negotiate with customers, and convert inquiries into confirmed shipments. Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently work towards achieving sales targets. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth shipment execution and customer satisfaction. Monitor market rates, competitor pricing, and industry trends to maintain competitiveness. Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, quotations, sales activities, and business opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in freight forwarding pricing and sales is essential. Strong knowledge of air freight, sea freight, import/export procedures, and logistics pricing. Demonstrated ability to generate new leads, acquire customers, and bring business to the company. Experience negotiating freight rates with carriers, agents, and service providers. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills. A proactive, target-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good knowledge of the UAE freight forwarding market and established industry contacts will be an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with freight forwarding systems or CRM tools is preferred. The successful candidate should be confident in approaching customers, following up on inquiries, closing deals, developing new accounts, and contributing directly to the company's revenue growth.
