Principle Software Engineer

YOU WILL Own the architecture and technical roadmap of Incorta Apps, tying technical decisions to business outcomes like adoption, readiness, and cost. Design and build reliable, secure, and cost-efficient platform components across AI agents, data governance, and cloud infrastructure. Partner with product management, design, customer-facing teams, and customers to transform complex needs into shipped designs. Operate and scale our multi-tenant cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud and Kubernetes. Lead design reviews, drive high-severity incident resolution, and write critical production code. Mentor senior engineers and communicate technical trade-offs clearly to leadership. YOU HAVE 9+ years of building and shipping software products, with experience as a technical lead or architect for enterprise SaaS products. Hands-on experience in TypeScript/Node.js backend, React frontend, Python, and cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, GCP). Proven experience building production LLM products (agents, prompts, tool calling, evaluation) and end-to-end multi-tenant architecture. Strong proficiency in SQL, enterprise data governance, and data systems. Excellent written and spoken communication in English to collaborate across global teams and leadership. NICE TO HAVE Experience with AI coding agents, tooling (Claude Code, MCP, AI SDK), and low-code/no-code app builders. Background in BI, analytics, sandboxing (gVisor, Firecracker), and enterprise compliance (SOC 2, GDPR).
