Product and Sales Manager

As our new Product & Sales Manager for Egypt, you ll shape experiences that inspire travellers while ensuring our business continues to grow and thrive. This leadership role gives you the best of both worlds: the creativity of developing innovative, experience-rich itineraries across Egypt, and the challenge of driving sales performance through strong leadership and commercial strategy. You ll oversee our Product & Sales team (including an Assistant Product Manager, Product Executive, Senior Sales Consultant & Sales Consultant) and collaborate with Operations, Contracting, and Marketing to bring products to life that delight our customers and deliver results for the business. This is a full-time, permanent role based onsite in Cairo - an exciting opportunity to lead from the heart of one the world s most iconic travel destinations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Some of the experience you ll bring with you may include: 5+ years in tourism product development, sales, or operations, ideally with experience in a DMC. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop sales teams, including coaching, mentoring, and driving results. Strong understanding of pricing, margins, sales strategies, and how to balance commercial objectives with customer satisfaction. Skilled in planning itineraries, negotiating with suppliers, and sourcing SERTs. Confident in using Salesforce, Kaptio, and Microsoft Excel to support product and sales management.
