Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Description – Product Designer (SaaS Products Division) Location: UAE / Remote Department: Technology / Software Engineering Reports To: CTO/CEO & MD/IT Manager Role Objective The Product Designer is responsible for designing intuitive, user-centric, and visually engaging experiences across the company’s SaaS product ecosystem. The role focuses on translating business requirements and user needs into functional UI/UX designs that enhance usability, engagement, and customer satisfaction. The position will contribute to the design and user experience of products including Task Management, CRM, HRMS, AI Messaging, Planner, Command, Bluetick, and other SaaS platform modules, ensuring consistency, scalability, and modern user experience standards. Core Responsibilities 1. UI/UX Design & User Experience Design user-centric interfaces and workflows for web and mobile SaaS applications. Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive user flows. Ensure seamless, intuitive, and responsive user experiences across all platform modules. Simplify complex workflows and improve usability through thoughtful design solutions. 2. Product Design & Feature Collaboration Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to understand product requirements and user needs. Translate business and technical requirements into scalable design solutions. Support feature ideation, user journey mapping, and interaction design. 3. Design Systems & Consistency Maintain and evolve the company’s design system, UI standards, and component libraries. Ensure visual consistency across products, dashboards, workflows, and customer touchpoints. Standardize typography, icons, layouts, colors, and interaction patterns. 4. User Research & Testing Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to improve product experience. Analyse customer behavior, pain points, and usage patterns. Implement design improvements based on testing insights and customer feedback. 5. Prototyping & Interaction Design Develop clickable prototypes and interactive experiences for product validation. Present design concepts and user flows to internal teams and stakeholders. Support rapid design iterations during agile development cycles. 6. Collaboration with Development Teams Work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Provide design specifications, assets, and UX guidance during development. Participate in sprint planning, product reviews, and release discussions. 7. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Stay updated with UI/UX trends, SaaS product design standards, and emerging technologies. Recommend innovative design approaches to improve user engagement and product adoption. Contribute to continuous enhancement of platform usability and customer experience. Behavioural Competencies 1. Strong portfolio demonstrating SaaS, web, or mobile product design projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms. Understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and design systems. Basic understanding of frontend technologies and agile product development is an advantage.
