Product Manager SaaS Hosting & Deployment Platform

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Own the roadmap for tenant lifecycle management (provisioning, deployment, upgrades, rollback, cloning). Define and improve partner tooling for implementations, migrations, and environment access. Productize hosting capabilities (environment tiers, SLAs, observability, performance options). Drive automation of deployment orchestration and release management. Partner with SRE and Engineering to improve reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency. Define KPIs (deployment lead time, environment uptime, MTTR, hosting cost per tenant). Work with Customer Success and Implementation teams to reduce onboarding effort and improve time-to-go-live. Contribute to improvements of our tooling ecosystem (Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring). Ensure security, compliance, and auditability in partner and internal tooling. Desired Candidate Profile 5+ years Product Management in SaaS infrastructure, DevOps tooling, hosting, or internal platforms. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), containerized deployments, CI/CD pipelines. Experience supporting implementation partners or enterprise customer onboarding. Ability to translate SRE and engineering needs into product strategy. Strong understanding of SaaS operations metrics (SLO, uptime, cost per tenant, deployment lead time). Nice to have: Experience in ERP-integrated SaaS or ecommerce platforms. Experience with partner ecosystems or implementation tooling.
