Production Supervisor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage daily shop floor operations to achieve production targets and optimize resources. Perform production batch entries in SAP and coordinate with WMS for accurate inventory transactions. Monitor production efficiency, OEE, and manpower utilization to maximize productivity. Ensure compliance with GMP, quality standards, SOPs, and HSSE requirements. Minimize raw material and packaging waste while improving production yields. Coordinate with maintenance teams to maximize equipment availability and reduce downtime. Resolve SAP/ERP-related production issues and maintain accurate production records. Maintain housekeeping standards and support audit readiness. Prepare production reports, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Lead and develop production teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or a related Engineering discipline. Minimum 7 years of FMCG manufacturing experience, preferably in bottled water, beverage, or food industries. Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, WMS, production planning, inventory management, OEE, and GMP. Experience with automated production lines; exposure to European machinery is an advantage. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to manage shop floor operations independently. Proficient in MS Office with a proactive mindset and commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. UAE/GCC manufacturing experience is preferred.
