Programs Manager

Job Purpose: The Programs Manager leads the management and operational delivery of INJAZ Egypt s programs within schools and universities across the four key pillars: entrepreneurship, work readiness, financial literacy, and STEM & technology. This role is responsible for setting operational and implementation plans aligned with INJAZ Egypt s strategies, and ensuring programs are delivered effectively and meet set targets. Reports to: Managing Director

Responsibilities

• Program Planning, Coordination & Implementation Set operational and implementation plans in line with INJAZ Egypt strategies to achieve set targets while coordinating closely with management
• Lead the management and rollout of programs in schools and universities, ensuring effective delivery across INJAZ s four pillars
• Review and analyze annual and quarterly work plans and budgets to ensure smooth implementation and identify gaps
• Develop and implement new strategies and open new partnership channels to enhance program reach and impact
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implementation plans and processes, ensuring continuous improvement
• Financial and Resource Management Ensure effective and accurate management of financial resources with a focus on achieving implementation targets
• Review, analyze, and report on budget plans and detailed implementation plans regularly to ensure workflow efficiency
• Coordinate manpower planning with management at the beginning of the academic year to meet program needs
• Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management Manage and support program officers and coordinators responsible for schools and university programs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, universities, and partners
• Support fundraising efforts by ensuring fulfillment of sponsor requirements and maintaining sustainable relationships
• Represent INJAZ Egypt in relevant meetings, conferences, and field visits to strengthen visibility and partnerships
• Reporting & Continuous Improvement Submit reports on program implementation progress, outcomes, and challenges
• Collaborate with the M&E to analyze program data and recommend improvements
• Document lessons learned, best practices, and success stories to support program development and donor reporting
• Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

5 7 years of experience in program management, preferably in education, youth development, or nonprofit sectors, with a strong background managing programs in private schools and universities. Experience with budgeting, partnership development, and team leadership is essential.

Education

Bachelor s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Education, Social Sciences, Public Policy) is required. Language: Excellent command of both written and spoken Arabic and English.
