Job Description Roles & Responsibilities As a Project Engineer, you will play a vital role in delivering successful water-related projects for our clients. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in ensuring the timely and efficient completion of projects, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects, utilizing your technical skills and project management expertise. Responsibilities Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans. Coordinate and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including engineers, designers, and contractors. Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards. Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, specifications, and contract documents. Manage and mitigate project risks, and develop effective strategies to address any challenges. Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing regular updates on project progress. Ensure health and safety protocols are followed on all project sites, and promote a culture of safety. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on water-related projects. Proven track record of successful project delivery in the water sector. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project and AutoCAD. Knowledge of water treatment processes, water distribution systems, and related engineering principles. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure. Valid professional engineering license or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) is preferred. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
