Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering 5–10 years of experience in structural construction / substructure works Mandatory experience with Dubai Municipality approvals for structural construction, including G+ approval-related works Hands-on experience in pump rooms, underground tanks, foundations, retaining structures, and related structural works Strong knowledge of structural drawings, method statements, ITPs, shop drawings, and as-built documentation Experience coordinating with consultants, authorities, site teams, subcontractors, and technical departments Good understanding of quality, safety, planning, and project documentation requirements Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Desired Candidate Profile Manage and supervise structural and substructure works on site Coordinate DM approvals and submissions for structural construction activities Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and technical documents Ensure execution of pump rooms, underground tanks, foundations, and related structures as per approved drawings and project requirements Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams for inspections, approvals, and technical resolutions Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and compliance Prepare and maintain site records, reports, and project documentation Support timely and efficient delivery of structural works Employment Type Full Time Company Industry ConstructionCivil Engineering Department / Functional Area Site EngineeringProjects Keywords ConstructionConstruction Structural EngineerStructural AnalysisAutoCADEngineering Project Manager - StructuresSite SupervisionCivil Structural EngineerSenior Structural Engineer Get real-time job updates only on our App
