Project Estimator

Review project inquiries, BOQs, specifications and client requirements. Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for porcelain tiles, ceramic tiles, sanitary ware and related products. Identify suitable products based on project specifications and requirements. Coordinate internally to confirm pricing, stock availability and technical information. Source suitable alternative products when required. Submit quotations and follow up with clients on pending inquiries and offers. Revise quotations based on updated quantities, specifications or client requirements. Maintain an accurate and up to date inquiry and quotation tracker. Coordinate with the Project Manager and Sales Team on active inquiries and projects. Desired Candidate Profile 2 to 5 years of experience in estimation, quotations or tendering. Experience in tiles, sanitary ware, marble, flooring, building materials or architectural finishing products is strongly preferred. Experience reviewing BOQs and project specifications and preparing quotations. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and quotations simultaneously. UAE experience is preferred. Employment Type Full-time
