Civil Project Manager - Infrastructure

Manage infrastructure projects, including roads, drainage, sewerage, water supply, utilities, and related civil works. Coordinate with relevant UAE authorities, such as RTA, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, DDA, Trakhees, and other applicable authorities. Obtain NOCs, work permits, design approvals, construction permits, and completion certificates. Prepare and submit drawings, technical documents, method statements, and other required submissions for authority approval. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, clients, and government authorities. Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and HSE compliance. Follow up on authority comments and ensure timely approval and closure. Supervise site execution to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Construction Management, or Public Administration. Proven experience in UAE infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of UAE authority approval procedures and NOC requirements. Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, and government departments. Relevant degree in Civil Engineering or Infrastructure Engineering. Employment Type Full-time
