Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking to ensure cost control. Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, standards, and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively. Drive stakeholder engagement and communication across business, IT, and executive levels. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, vendors, and business users. Ensure effective change management processes to support smooth adoption of new systems and processes. Oversee requirements gathering, validation, and traceability throughout the project lifecycle. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery against agreed SLAs. Ensure quality assurance through structured testing phases (SIT, UAT, performance testing). Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports, dashboards, and executive updates. Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts to keep projects on track. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements. Oversee system integration efforts and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture. Drive continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and implementing best practices. Support data migration, system cutover, and go-live planning activities. Lead post-implementation reviews and ensure successful transition to operations/support teams
