Project Manager – Aluminum & Glazing

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage assigned projects end-to-end, from contract award through design, procurement, fabrication, and site handover Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; track progress against milestones Coordinate closely with design, estimation, procurement, factory, and site teams to ensure smooth execution Review shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals in line with project specifications Monitor project costs, variations, and claims; ensure profitability targets are met Liaise with consultants, main contractors, and clients to resolve technical and commercial issues Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are maintained throughout project execution Lead site teams, subcontractors, and installation crews to meet delivery timelines Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues to senior management as needed Prepare progress reports, minutes of meetings, and project documentation for internal and client review Desired Candidate Profile 12+ years of experience in aluminium, façade, glazing, and architectural metal works, within the GCC Proven track record managing façade/glazing projects end-to-end within a contracting environment Strong technical knowledge of curtain walls, cladding, doors & windows, and glazing systems Solid understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and contract management Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across design, procurement, and site teams Must hold a valid UAE/GCC driving license Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Architectural) or related field preferred Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice preferred Employment Type Full Time Company Industry ArchitectureInterior Designing Department / Functional Area ArchitectureInterior Design Keywords Facade Project ManagerGlazing SystemsOperations Manager - GlazingConstruction Manager - GlazingGlazing Project LeadAluminum Systems ManagerAluminum FacadesSenior Project Engineer - FacadesProject ManagementFacade Engineering Get real-time job updates only on our App
