Project Manager Civil

Desired Candidate Profile

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering project management, demonstrating a track record of successful projects. Experience in managing large-scale construction projects with budgets exceeding $5 million, showcasing financial acumen. Familiarity with industry-specific software such as AutoCAD, Primavera, or MS Project to enhance project planning and execution. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions under pressure. Proficient in both written and spoken English, with additional languages considered a plus for multicultural project teams. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team towards common goals.
