Project Manager

Lead and manage projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring that scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business objectives are achieved while effectively managing stakeholders, risks, and dependencies. Key Responsibilities Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and budgets. Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies. Track progress and ensure timely delivery within approved scope and budget. Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and status reporting. Ensure adherence to organizational project management standards and processes. Manage change requests and scope modifications. Drive business, IT, and operational readiness activities. Oversee testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Report project status, risks, and financials to senior management. Ensure project benefits and business outcomes are realized.
