Project Manager Facade

Oversee the entire facade project lifecycle, from initial design concept and material selection to final installation and handover, ensuring all project phases are meticulously managed. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and delays. Liaise effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives and technical specifications. Manage the procurement and supply chain for facade materials, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness while adhering to project requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications such as PMP, RPP, or PRINCE2 are highly advantageous. Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in facade engineering or construction project management, with a proven track record. Extensive experience in the construction industry, specifically with high-rise buildings or complex facade systems. Employment Type Full-time
