PROJECT MANAGER (Fire Protection Systems)

Plan, manage, and monitor multiple Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, and Emergency Lighting projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and budgets. Ensure all work complies with project specifications, local authority requirements, and safety regulations. Coordinate procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials. Attend project meetings and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders. Prepare project progress reports, work schedules, and documentation. Submit comprehensive weekly project status reports to the General Manager, highlighting progress, issues, risks, and action plans. Support project testing, commissioning, handover, and close-out activities. Assist in managing AMC contracts and follow-up activities where required. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field). 3–5 years of relevant project management experience. Good knowledge of Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, and Emergency Lighting systems. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reporting, formulas, data analysis, and project tracking). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent. Ability to prepare professional reports and maintain project documentation. Valid UAE Driving Licence is preferred.
