5+ Years Monthly Salary: AED 15,000 17,000 Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of our innovation and Proof of Concept (POC) pipeline. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of business strategy and emerging technology, overseeing the lifecycle of experimental initiatives from initial intake and technical execution to formal business-case handover. You will be responsible for managing cross-functional delivery, aligning with IT architecture teams, and ensuring our innovation investments deliver measurable impact. Key Responsibilities Pipeline Management: Oversee the intake, prioritization, and execution of the innovation POC pipeline, ensuring alignment with organizational IT strategy. Delivery Management: Plan and execute sprint cadences for POCs, coordinating closely with Enterprise Architecture and engineering resources. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for external technology partners, vendors, and internal business stakeholders. Governance & Reporting: Drive rigorous project governance, including budget tracking, fund utilization monitoring, and the reporting of key KPIs (e.g., POC velocity, graduation rates, and cost efficiency). Handover Execution: Manage the successful transition of high-potential POCs into full-scale production environments through a formal business-case and stage-gate process. Communication: Facilitate stakeholder demos and prepare quarterly reports to demonstrate value and project health to leadership. Nice-to-Have Prior experience in a consulting or high-paced innovation lab environment. Relevant certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CSM, SAFe). Experience working in a complex, multi-vendor enterprise ecosystem. Experience

5+ years of professional experience in Technical Program Management or Project Management within the technology sector. Methodology: Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum delivery management. Technical Literacy: Demonstrated exposure to AI/ML or other emerging technology programs. Project Lifecycle: Strong understanding of the end-to-end project lifecycle, specifically regarding moving prototypes into production environments. Governance: Proficiency in financial tracking, budget management, and project reporting. Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business leaders.
