Project Manager Insurance Advisory

Manage advisory projects from initial assessment through implementation and completion. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate with client management, internal teams, regulators, consultants, and external service providers. Assess client operations, processes, and organizational structures to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. Support restructuring, transformation, and operational improvement initiatives. Coordinate insurance run-off projects, including operational, claims, financial, and regulatory workstreams. Manage projects related to establishing new insurance companies, branches, or operations, including licensing, operational readiness, and implementation. Coordinate the development and implementation of policies, procedures, workflows, and operating models. Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and outstanding actions. Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for clients and management. Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and in line with quality standards and client expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within insurance, consulting, advisory, or project management. Strong understanding of insurance operations and regulatory environments. Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams. Strong project planning, coordination, communication, and reporting skills. Experience in restructuring, operational transformation, insurance run-off, market entry, or business establishment projects is an advantage. Ability to work effectively with clients, regulators, consultants, and cross-functional teams.
