PROJECT MANAGER | INTERIOR FIT-OUT

Lead fit-out projects from contract award to final handover, ensuring time, cost, quality, and scope targets are achieved. Develop and monitor project programs, manpower plans, procurement schedules, resources, and recovery plans. Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, site teams, QA/QC, HSE, procurement, commercial teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, contracts, and project requirements. Manage shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, technical submissions, samples, inspections, and approvals. Monitor project progress, critical activities, delays, risks, variations, claims, and cost impacts. Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely, quality execution. Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, QA/QC, HSE, and project standards. Lead project meetings, site coordination, snagging, testing, commissioning, handover, and close-out. Prepare regular reports covering progress, cost, risks, resources, procurement, and approvals. Provide direction to Engineers, Supervisors, and site teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Interior Design, or related field. 3–5+ years UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out Project Management. Interior Fit-Out / Joinery experience is mandatory. Proven experience in commercial offices, luxury villas, and high-end interiors from award to handover. Strong knowledge of architectural finishes, joinery, ceilings, flooring, partitions, painting, and MEP coordination. Strong client, consultant, subcontractor, supplier, and team management skills. Good understanding of planning, procurement, cost control, variations, claims, and project coordination. Ability to read and coordinate architectural, ID, MEP, shop, and construction drawings. Proficient in MS Office; Primavera P6 / MS Project is mandatory. Good knowledge of UAE construction practices, QA/QC, HSE, and authority requirements. Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities under tight deadlines. Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory. Employment Type Full-time
