Project Manager

Implement and maintain quality management system in area of control, and to ensure that the organizations quality policy is implemented by all personnel reporting to him. Review & implement project construction program/plan prepared in conjunction with main contractor s program. Authorized to review and forward any leaves and other benefits of the people reporting to him. Responsible for all the activities related to his projects and attends the meetings with the Main contractor/clients /consultants and their representatives. Authorized and responsible for implementation of the project quality plan in accordance with Client/Consultant requirements and update. Ensures that the project quality objectives are achieved. Ensures that project safety plan is implemented efficiently. Responsible for attending internal weekly meetings with project team. Responsible for project update preparation along with planning engineer and forward to AGM. Responsible for completion of project on time. Responsible for preparing manpower requirements on monthly basis. Responsible for preparing major equipment requirements on monthly basis. Responsible to prepare, update and submit the materials and drawing schedules. Approves the Purchase Request raised by the site personal. Responsible to ensure that the project is completed in accordance with the project specifications and customer satisfaction. Review & Reports project progress and project costing once in a month to AGM. Responsible for attending/rectifying any complaints/defects during the project period. Responsible for attending/rectifying any complaints/defects during the defect liability period. Authorized and responsible to investigate the cause of customer complaint or non-conformance and take necessary corrective actions. Responsible to verify the effectiveness of the implementation of corrective/preventive actions agreed. Responsible for transferring/returning the surplus stock/resources. Identify and satisfy the training needs of all people reporting to him. Additional works as directed by AGM / VP from time to time.
