Project Manager

Role & responsibilities Customer is looking for Project manager who needs to coordinate for an integration project with various stake holders and report to SVP Program Level status reporting on the cost, schedule, improvements and innovations initiatives periodically Manage different stakeholders, run governance and review meetings Responsible for Innovation and Improvement initiatives for the Development and Support programs Develop, manage and track program level schedules with dependencies and constraints Overseeing project schedule, cost, quality and scope Point of contact for managing the Change requests/Scope creeps Responsible for overall service delivery and quality Managing the defined and agreed SLAs and metrics and reporting it on the periodic basis Desired Candidate Profile 10+ years of overall experience certified in PMP/Prince/ACP Project Manager who has experience in handling B2C and Digital application.
