WHAT YOU LL BE DOING Test both your technical project management skills and your people skills Oversee the critical planning, communications, decisions, management and actions connected to the project. Responsible for all activity related to the contract, risk management, project preparation, project execution and project control. As you demonstrate your ability, so there will be the opportunity to oversee projects of progressive scale and complexity. Should you want, there will also be the opportunity handle international and even global projects, with durations ranging from days to years.

Desired Candidate Profile

WHAT YOU LL NEED Project Management, expert level (project preparation, quality, project structures, planning, risk management, contracts, costs & finance, practice interviews, project execution, leadership, teamwork & communication, conflicts & negotiations) English, fluent proficiency verbal and written Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Qualification in Project Management Evidence of experience as a Project manager principles, methodologies and tools. 7-10 years of proven work experience as a Project Manager, preferably in heavy lifting, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports, mining industries. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivates cross-functional teams. Sound financial-acumen and experience managing project budgets. Flexible to travel and work on different project sites based on project requirements.
