Project Manager

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, budgets, and execution requirements in coordination with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business and client expectations. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, cost forecasts, and progress tracking to support effective project execution and control. Lead cross-functional teams through clear coordination, communication, and accountability, ensuring responsibilities, interfaces, and priorities are well managed. Monitor project progress, costs, schedules, risks, variations, and KPIs against approved baselines, implementing corrective actions and regular project control reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, business administration, or a related field, with a strong understanding of project execution and controls. 5+ years of relevant project management experience, preferably within marine, shipbuilding, ship repair, offshore, construction, or related industrial sectors. PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred, demonstrating sound knowledge of project planning, execution, monitoring, and control. Practical experience in project scheduling, cost control, progress measurement, reporting, risk management, and coordination of multiple contractors and stakeholders. Employment Type Full-time
