Project Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage multiple interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion. Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within the approved budget. Lead site teams, including Site Engineers, Supervisors, and Quality Controllers. Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents. Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures. Ensure compliance with company quality standards, health and safety regulations, and project specifications. Monitor procurement activities and coordinate timely delivery of materials and long-lead items. Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports for management. Review and approve subcontractor work, invoices, and project variations. Resolve technical and commercial issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders. Ensure successful project testing, commissioning, snag clearance, and final handover. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 15 years of experience in interior fit-out projects. Proven experience delivering high-end commercial, hospitality, residential, retail, or corporate fit-out projects in the UAE. Strong knowledge of joinery, gypsum, stone, MEP coordination, and finishing works. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
