Project Manager

Lead end-to-end delivery of workplace and corporate real estate projects from inception to completion. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk registers, and change control processes. Develop and maintain project execution plans and delivery strategies. Coordinate architects, designers, project managers, cost consultants, and contractors. Lead office fit-out delivery including workplace design, construction, furniture procurement, technology integration, security systems, and facility readiness. Deliver workspace reconfigurations, departmental relocations, growth requirements, and workplace optimization initiatives. Lead office closures, lease exits, consolidations, and relocation programs. Build strong relationships with leadership, IT, HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Security, and Business Support team Develop project budgets and business cases.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or related discipline. PMP, PRINCE2, RICS, or equivalent professional certification preferred. Additional qualifications in workplace strategy, facilities management, or real estate considered advantageous.
