Project Sales Executive / Engineer

Identify and develop new business opportunities in Duct ,HVAC and Split A/C projects. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, project bidding, negotiations, to order closure. Establish and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users. Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals. Coordinate with internal teams for project execution, installation, and commissioning. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and business growth objectives. Keep updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in HVAC.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma 2–5 years’ proven experience in project sales of Split A/C and HVAC products. Strong technical knowledge of Air-conditioning systems and solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Valid driving license (preferred). Employment Type Full-time
