Project Sales Manager (BDM) - Built In Home/Kitchen Appliances
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Built In home/kitchen appliances industry. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet revenue targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitable outcomes for the company. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities. Stay updated with product knowledge and industry developments to effectively communicate with clients. Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and make informed business decisions. Should have experience in identifying upcoming residential/ commercial projects and quoting for the same. Should have experience in Execute awarded projects, while managing the commercial side to ensure timely revenue and returns. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 3 years or more of experience in selling a mainstream built-in brand of home appliances in UAE. Should be a native Arabic speaker with good proficiency in English. Must be a university graduate with good IT skills and computer proficiency. Should have technical knowledge about the features and specs of home appliances in overall. Should have a fair idea about the market/ brands for built-in appliances and a comprehensive outlook about the industry at macro level. Should have experience in Execute awarded projects, while managing the commercial side to ensure timely revenue and returns. Should have good connections with consultants, developers and relevant industry personnel. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated and target-driven mindset. Analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Strong industry knowledge and understanding of market trends. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets. At least 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the home/kitchen appliances industry. Minimum bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. UAE driving license required Below 40 years of age preferred. Arabic Language is mandatory.
