Proposal & Presentation Specialist

Dar Masarat is seeking a highly skilled Proposal & Presentation Specialist who excels at turning complex ideas into compelling visual stories. This role is crucial in producing persuasive, structured, and brand-aligned proposals and presentation materials for client engagements and internal use. The ideal candidate blends communication, structure, and business acumen with a sharp eye for detail capable of shaping proposals that not only look polished but also communicate with clarity and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality PowerPoint presentations and business proposals that align with Dar Masarat s visual identity and messaging tone
• Translate abstract ideas, technical content, and strategic narratives into clear, visually engaging deliverables
• Collaborate closely with consultants, business development, and executive teams to understand objectives and messaging
• Own the visual structure and layout of proposals, RFPs, pitch decks, and formal client presentations
• Develop icons, charts, infographics, and other visual assets to enhance storytelling and engagement
• Ensure visual consistency, formatting, and branding across all client-facing and internal materials
• Assist in designing strategic documents such as playbooks, reports, templates, and whitepapers
• Maintain and improve internal visual templates, proposal frameworks, and presentation assets

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration , Marketing , Management , Public Relations , Communication , or any related administrative or business field. 2 4 years of experience in proposal design , presentation development , or business communication preferably in consulting, agency, or professional services environments. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint ; familiarity with Adobe Illustrator , Photoshop , or Figma is a strong plus. Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, structured messaging, and professional formatting. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments. Experience working with client deliverables, especially proposals, pitch decks, and strategic documents. Arabic fluency is required ; English fluency is highly preferred.
