Proposal Specialist

Good understanding of land and engineering surveying (topographic, control, laser scanning, utility/GPR, etc.) and standard surveying techniques and procedures. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, survey plans, and tender documents, and translate them into clear scope and methodology text Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for proposal documents, costing sheets, and presentations. Basic to intermediate skills in AutoCAD/Civil 3D or similar, mainly to understand drawings and check quantities/scope, not necessarily for production drafting. Proposal and coordination

• Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals, including methodology, assumptions, and clarifications
• Strong technical writing skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure with multiple tenders and tight deadlines
• Ability to coordinate with survey operations, QA/QC, and finance/management to collect inputs for pricing, resources, and schedules
• Communication and language: Good written and spoken English; Arabic is a strong advantage for Saudi clients and tender portals
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for client emails, clarifications, and internal coordination
• Personal attributes: Organized, self motivated, and able to manage multiple proposals simultaneously with minimal supervision
