QA Engineer - Automation Testing & Risk Management

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Create and sustain robust mobile automation scripts for Android and iOS using Appium or equivalent tools. Design scalable automation frameworks in Java or Python with emphasis on maintainability and reuse. Drive API testing efforts across HTTP services, incorporating reliability, performance, and security considerations. Embed automated tests into CI/CD workflows to accelerate feedback and improve deployment confidence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine acceptance criteria and ensure testability throughout the product lifecycle. Mentor junior QA colleagues and advocate best practices in automation across the organization. Desired Candidate Profile Demonstrated experience in mobile UI automation testing for Android and iOS using Appium or comparable tools. Strong coding proficiency in Java or Python, with the ability to craft modular, reusable automation components. Hands-on API testing background, including HTTP services; familiarity with gRPC is advantageous. Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines within Agile environments. Excellent analytical, communication, and collaborative skills for working with diverse teams.
