QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure proper test coverage
• Participate in requirements and design reviews to identify potential quality issues early
• Support user acceptance testing and production validation activities
• Maintain clear documentation of test results, defects, and testing activities
• Ensure software solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and banking-related expectations
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practices

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 2 5 years of experience in software quality assurance/testing
• Previous experience in the banking sector is required
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC. Experience with test case design, execution, defect tracking, and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
