QAQC Engineer Facade

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Ensure all facade materials and systems meet stringent project specifications and international standards through rigorous testing and inspection. Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans specifically tailored for facade installations, covering every stage from material procurement to final handover. Conduct on-site inspections to verify the correct installation of facade elements, including curtain walls, cladding, windows, and roofing, identifying and rectifying deviations promptly. Manage and maintain detailed records of all quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports, for traceability and audit purposes. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in QAQC roles specifically within the facade construction industry. Proven experience with various facade systems such as curtain wall, unitized systems, structural glazing, stone cladding, and metal panels. Certification in relevant QAQC disciplines (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Inspector) is highly advantageous.
