QC - Welding Inspector

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities ADVANCO Engineering & Technical Solutions is expanding its technical team and is seeking an experienced QC – Welding Inspector with strong Oil & Gas and ADNOC project experience to support our quality and inspection activities in the UAE. We are looking for a technically competent Welding Inspector with hands-on experience in Oil & Gas construction and source inspection activities, particularly within ADNOC projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of welding inspection, applicable codes and standards, quality control procedures, and inspection documentation. The role requires close coordination with construction, fabrication, engineering, QA/QC, subcontractor, and client inspection teams to ensure welding and fabrication activities are executed in accordance with approved procedures, drawings, specifications, ITPs, and applicable ADNOC requirements. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, including experience on ADNOC projects. Experience in Construction and Source Inspection activities. B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME). Valid CSWIP 3.1 or AWS-CWI certification is mandatory. Familiarity with relevant ASME, API, AWS and ADNOC specifications/standards. Experience in reviewing welding and inspection documentation, including ITPs, WIRs, NCRs and inspection reports. Strong communication and coordination skills with project and client inspection teams.
