QC Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities متابعة تطبيق معايير الجودة في جميع مراحل إنتاج البلوك، الإنترلوك، البلاط، والبردّورات. Monitor the implementation of quality standards across all production stages of blocks, interlocks, tiles, and curbstones. تنفيذ الاختبارات المختلفة على المنتجات التامة والمواد الخام (الأسمنت، الرمل، البحص، الإضافات... إلخ). Conduct various tests on finished products and raw materials (cement, sand, aggregates, admixtures, etc.). إعداد وضبط الخلطات الإسمنتية لكل منتج وفق المتطلبات الفنية والمواصفات القياسية. Prepare and adjust concrete mix designs for each product according to technical requirements and standard specifications. مراقبة جودة المنتجات النهائية والتأكد من مطابقتها لمعايير الهيئة السعودية للمواصفات والمقاييس والجودة (SASO). Inspect and ensure final products meet Saudi Standards, Metrology, and Quality Organization (SASO) requirements. توثيق نتائج الفحوصات اليومية وإصدار التقارير الفنية للإدارة. Document daily test results and issue technical reports to management. متابعة ومعايرة أجهزة الاختبار وضمان دقتها. Calibrate and maintain testing equipment to ensure accuracy. التنسيق مع قسم الإنتاج لتصحيح أي انحراف في الجودة أو الخلطات. Coordinate with the production department to correct any deviations in quality or mix designs. تطبيق متطلبات أنظمة الجودة ISO وسلامة المنتجات وفق متطلبات SASO. Implement ISO quality system requirements and product safety standards in accordance with SASO regulations. تطوير الخلطات وتحسينها باستخدام الإضافات الكيميائية (Admixtures). Develop and enhance concrete mixes using chemical admixtures. الإلمام بتصنيع المنتجات الخاصة (مثل كراسي الحدائق وغيرها). Familiarity with producing special products (e.g., garden benches, decorative units, s etc.). الإلمام بتصنيع المنتجات المعالجة والخاصة (مثل كراسي الحدائق وغيرها). Familiarity with producing treated products (e.g., shotblasted interlock, curling, coating, grinding,...etc.). المتطلبات | Requirements مؤهل علمي: دبلوم أو بكالوريوس هندسة مدنية أو هندسة مواد. Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Materials Engineering. خبرة لا تقل عن 5سنوات في ضبط الجودة بمصانع المنتجات الإسمنتية. Minimum of 5years of experience in quality control within cement products manufacturing plants. معرفة بخصائص الإضافات الكيميائية وتأثيرها على الخلطات الإسمنتية. Knowledge of chemical admixtures and their effects on concrete mix performance. مهارة في تصميم وضبط الخلطات الإسمنتية حسب المواصفات القياسية. Proficiency in designing and adjusting concrete mixes according to standard specifications. إلمام بمتطلبات SASO وإجراءات مطابقة المنتجات. Strong understanding of SASO requirements and product conformity procedures. مهارات قوية في التواصل والعمل ضمن فريق. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. القدرة على التعامل مع العملاء وحل المشكلات الفنية.
