Quality Assurance Engineer (QA)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on system and business requirements. Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and identify potential quality issues early. Log, track and verify defects using appropriate bug tracking tools, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution. Conduct thorough testing across mobile applications, web platforms, and APIs to ensure performance, usability, and compliance with specifications. Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and best practices. Support the implementation and maintenance of automated testing frameworks where applicable. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. 0-2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance roles. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with Agile development teams. High attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in test management tools and issue tracking systems. Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages. Solid understanding of automated testing tools and practices. Ability to design test cases based on detailed system requirements and user stories. Experience testing across multiple platforms, including mobile (iOS/Android), web applications, and APIs.
