Quality Inspector

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Approve production processes through visual, measurement, and functional tests. Inspect materials using precision tools (e.g., gauges, micrometers, electronic testers). Identify, document, and isolate non-conforming products for rework or disposal. Maintain accurate records of inspections, test data, and defect reports. Guide production teams on quality issues and support training initiatives. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and internal quality protocols. Maintain and calibrate quality control equipment. Analyze quality reports to recommend process improvements. Desired Candidate Profile A minimum of a high school diploma; an associate degree or higher in quality assurance, engineering, or a related field is preferred. At least 2 years of relevant experience in quality inspection or assurance within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Certifications such as Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) or Six Sigma Green Belt demonstrate a commitment to quality excellence. Candidates with experience in ISO 9001 or other quality management systems will have a competitive advantage.
