Quantity Surveyor

Your role Prepare interim payment applications, measurement sheets, and cost reports. Review contract documents and ensure compliance with cost parameters. Measure completed work and prepare BOQs for changes or additional works. Assist in claims, variations, and commercial negotiations. Monitor project cost performance and report deviations. Evaluate contractor invoices and support contract administration.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering. 5 10 years QS experience. Strong knowledge of FIDIC, contract management, and cost-control tools. Excellent analytical, documentation, and negotiation skills.
