Quantity Surveyor-Civil (Estimation)

Responsible for pre-contract estimation, quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation for civil works for EHV Substation / Infrastructure / EPC projects. Review drawings, specifications, tender documents, and scope of work for accurate estimation. Prepare material, labour, and subcontractor cost estimates and support tendering activities. Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams for technical and commercial inputs. Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, rate analysis, and estimation software/tools. Relevant GCC/UAE experience is preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile

Civil Engineering graduation, regular course from a recognized University Experience in EHV Substation / Infrastructure / EPC Projects is preferred Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Civil Quantity Surveying and Estimation Employment Type Full-time
