Quantity Surveyor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our EPC organization, supporting the commercial and contractual management of EHV substation construction, oil & gas, electrical, instrumentation, and associated infrastructure projects across the UAE. Review and analyze tender and contract documents. Preparation of bill of quantities and other tender documents as required for the project. Evaluation of work Progress, Timely submission of Progress payment applications, Variations, Final accounts etc. Identify client's requirements and check commercial feasibility; Value management and cost control; Identify commercial risks and opportunities. Analyze and develop responses to commercial risks; Preparing and analyzing costing for tenders; Advising on procurement strategy as required; Undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance projects. Assist in contractual claims; Commercial Administration of subcontractors as required; Preparation & submission of Commercial Reports. Coordination with Client. Awareness of the different types of contracts in construction. Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations. Complies with all relevant safety, health & environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe environment Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
