Skills

• PlanSwift Software (or similar), Advanced MS Office, AutoCAD. We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our contracting team
• The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of GCC experience, preferably in the UAE construction industry, with strong knowledge of quantity surveying, cost control, project invoicing, variations, and claims management
• The candidate should be proficient in quantity take-offs and project cost monitoring
• Key Responsibilities Post-Contract & Quantity Surveying Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and project specifications
• Develop Bill of Materials (BOM) and cost estimates
• Analyze drawings and contract documents for project requirements
• Monitor project costs and maintain cost reports
• Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate variation orders
• Prepare contractual claims, extensions of time (EOT), and supporting documentation
• Verify subcontractor measurements, valuations, and payment certificates
• Monitor project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Track project expenditures against approved budgets
• Coordinate with site team and procurement team regarding commercial matters
• Maintain accurate records of project costs, variations, and claims
• Reporting & Documentation Prepare commercial reports and cost analyses
• Support management with project profitability assessments and forecasting
