Quantity Surveyor Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Prepare detailed BOQs (Bills of Quantities) from drawings and specifications. Perform quantity take-offs for interior fit-out, aluminum, glass, metal, and joinery works. Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions. Source quotations and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare material procurement schedules and monitor project costs. Evaluate variations, prepare claims, and manage change orders. Review shop drawings and specifications to ensure accurate quantities. Track project progress against budgets and prepare cost reports. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure cost-effective project execution.
