Quantity Surveyor (Roads & Infrastructure) –Office Work

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team for Roads & Infrastructure projects in the UAE. Key Responsibilities Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs). Perform quantity take-offs from drawings. Prepare cost estimates and project budgets. Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations. Prepare payment certificates and invoices. Manage variations, claims, and cost control. Coordinate with the project team to ensure accurate cost reporting. Maintain project documentation and contract records.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 3–4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor. Experience in Roads & Infrastructure projects is mandatory. Strong knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD (knowledge of CostX or similar software is an advantage). Strong communication and analytical skills. Immediate joiners are preferred, or candidates who can join within one week. Employment Type Full-time
