Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for civil engineering projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to advise on the financial viability of projects. Manage procurement processes, including tendering and contractor selection, to secure the best value for projects. Post Contract experience Monitor project progress and expenditure, providing regular reports to stakeholders on financial performance. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution. Post contract experience in Payment certificate, Variations etc Minimum of 8-10years of relevant work experience in the civil engineering sector, demonstrating progressive responsibility. Experience in working on large-scale infrastructure projects, showcasing both technical expertise and project management skills.
