React Developer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities As a React Developer at Aspire, you will be responsible for building modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React.js. You will collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver scalable user interfaces while following modern front-end development standards and Agile best practices. What You'll Do Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries for scalable applications. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform designs into high-quality user experiences. Optimize applications for maximum performance, speed, and scalability. Integrate front-end components with RESTful backend APIs. Write unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability and quality. Troubleshoot and resolve UI issues, performance bottlenecks, and browser compatibility problems. Participate in code reviews and contribute to front-end best practices and coding standards. Maintain technical documentation for developed components and features. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software. Desired Candidate Profile What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in front-end development. Strong experience with React.js and JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design. Familiarity with state management tools such as Redux or Context API. Experience integrating RESTful APIs. Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library. Experience using Git and working in Agile development environments. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO / SOC or similar.
