Real Estate Agent

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to handle clients interested in international property investments. The ideal candidate should have experience in Real Estate and strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of international property investors Promote and sell overseas residential and commercial real estate projects Conduct client consultations, property presentations, and follow-ups Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing channels Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide end-to-end sales support Educational & Professional

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred but not required)
• Previous sales or real estate experience is an advantage, but motivated beginners are welcome
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM/real estate software are a plus
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience Experience dealing with overseas investors is preferred Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
