Manage client inquiries, leads, and follow-ups to achieve successful property transactions. Promote and sell off-plan and secondary market properties across the UAE. Understand client requirements, recommend suitable properties, and provide professional guidance throughout the sales process. Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and developer presentations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, projects, pricing, and investment opportunities. Negotiate offers and coordinate with clients, developers, and relevant parties to ensure smooth transactions. Maintain accurate client records, lead updates, and sales activities in the Company's CRM system. Achieve agreed sales targets and provide regular performance updates to management. Comply with RERA, DLD, and applicable UAE real estate regulations. Represent the Company professionally, maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent customer service.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Eagerness to learn, develop new skills, and grow within the real estate industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven with a positive attitude. Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage. Professional appearance and strong customer service skills. Ability to build client relationships and maintain consistent follow-ups. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Willingness to attend training sessions and stay updated on Dubai's property market. Reliable, adaptable, and committed to achieving sales targets and growing with the Company.
