Real Estate Sales Agent

Blueline Prime Properties L.L.C. is hiring experienced Real Estate Sales Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. Generate, qualify and follow up with buyer, seller and investor leads. Advise clients on suitable off-plan and ready properties based on their requirements and budgets. Conduct client meetings, property viewings and project presentations. Build relationships with property owners and generate secondary-market listings. Maintain strong knowledge of Dubai communities, developers, projects, prices and payment plans. Manage leads and follow-ups through the company CRM. Negotiate offers and support clients from initial inquiry through booking and closing. Develop personal leads, referrals and a strong client network. Meet agreed sales, prospecting, meeting and closing targets. What We Provide Competitive commission structure. Desired Candidate Profile 1–3 years of real estate sales/property consulting experience preferred, ideally in the UAE. Previous Dubai real estate experience is highly preferred. Experience in off-plan and/or secondary property sales. Strong sales, prospecting, negotiation and closing skills. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. Good command of English; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi or Urdu are an advantage. Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working in a commission-based environment. Ability to generate personal leads in addition to working with company leads. UAE driving licence is an advantage. Existing client network is an advantage. Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
